Our aim is to create a professional environment where people can do good work and reap reward. As a small, independent employer we also work alongside our team and we hope this helps us create a positive, wholesome working environment.
Hours do include weekends but not evenings.
Kitchen roles
Our food is made from scratch in house and is quality based. Kitchen staff will need to work quickly and thrive in the pressure of a brunch rush. Our kitchen is open plan - it is a part of the cafe and this allows for a connection with the diners that we feel is important.
Barista roles
Making espresso based drinks is the majority of the workload, working consistently to high quality standards. We also offer fantastic training from ‘Curve Roasters’.
FOH roles
Strong communication skills are the foundation of our service, engaging with each group. Providing good service in a fast paced environment is exciting - if you feel this buzz then we want you on board.
Weekend staff
We do hire staff to help with the busy weekends. If you are still at school you must over 16 to apply.
