Brown Butter Miso Blondie
A unique flavour composition of rich nutty butter and umami depth of miso, with added toasted walnuts and chunky dark chocolate, topped with soft miso caramel, filling every fudgy bite with sweet and salty goodness.

“For the last three months I exchanged the rolling country side and big blue sea by our little town Deal for gothic architecture, sandy shores and bustling city life of Barcelona. I studied professional pastry and baking at Culinary Institute Barcelona and wanted to bring home a taste of the recipes and skills I learnt.
